Remedy for Hair Loss

imagesIt is normal for men and women to experience hair loss as they grow older since it goes along the aging process, however, if the hair loss is above normal then this falls under the condition known as Androgenetic Alopecia. This condition is regarded as something which has a genetic link. No one would surely permit the effects of hair loss to take place, in view of this they would labor hard just to find the best remedy for hair loss. But are you aware that even primitive people have their own share of stories to tell on how they can treat the problem? In Ancient Egypt, they would normally chopped lettuce and apply them on the bald spots on the head. This is because they associate lettuce with Min, the Egyptian god of virility. Sometimes they would also resort to castor oil to promote hair growth. The process is simply since they just mix the castor oil with sweet almond oil to improve the aroma. Massaging the scalp was also famous for them, they would normally do scalp massage along with the preparation of Fir Tree extracts by which they get the resin and then massage it to the affected are. Sometimes, Egyptians would use wigs and hair extension they get from sheep’s wool to cover the balding and because of the belief that hair will grow on their own. In India, their remedy for hair loss includes the use of boiled sage leaves in coconut oil which will then be applied on the hair and scalps; the process is famous among the followers of Ayurveda. Moreover, the famed herbs used for breastfeeding these days were also used as hair loss remedy back then in India, Fenugreek powder is mixed to coconut milk and a pinch of black pepper. They believe this concoction to have an effect on hair loss. There are times that natives would also make use of Amla Oil which is extracted from Indian Gooseberries boiled in coconut oil. In Sub-Sahara Africa, African would steep flowers in Olive Oil to make aromatic hair tonics that will promote growth of hair. They would also utilize the astringent properties of Avocado leaves for scalp problems. In Victorian America, they treat the problem of hair loss through the process of applying cologne mixed to camphor and cantharides to hair roots every night. The idea of brushing a hundred times each night to make the hair shiny originated from them. When doing this, it is advised to use stiff brush to promote soft and shimmering hair. Try to practice the procedure on daily basis and you can expect beautiful change in your hair. The web embraces other home remedy that are about to be discovered, take some time to research more since it isn’t bad to try a combination of these at the same time.

As we all know, Diabetes is one of the most common disease prevalent over the world these days. The condition in which the

body accumulates excess of sugar is termed as diabetes.

There can be two reasons for this, either a problem with secretion and functioning of the Anti Diuretic hormone or the

problem with secretion of insulin. The former is called, Diabetes insepidus, Diabetes Mellitus being the latter one. The

latter is rather more prevalent and is the matter of concern for almost every second house in the society these days.

There is no miracle drug to totally cure diabetes at once, but what we can do is just keep it under control by imposing a

regular check on it by using medicines etc. For this we need monitoring the progress of the disease from time to time. In the

busy schedule of the 21st century it is virtually impossible to go to the doctor every time there is a need for testing the

blood sugar level. The solutions to these are Glucose monitoring kits.

November is celebrated as the National diabetes awareness month, and what is better than buying a new technologically

improved glucose monitoring kit this month, with lots of companies selling them at discounted price.

The most common and used item all over the world is the Accu chek. There are various variants like, Accu chek AVIVA, Accu

chek Compact Plus, Free style flash, free style lite, Ascensia Breeze 2, Ascentia contour. Free style freedom meter kit is

considered to be using the least amount of blood (3 – 10ml).

Moreover the kit includes, 10 test strips, lancing device from Free Style, 10 Lancets, Free style control solution, etc. Accu

check Advantage Diabetes monitoring kit contains the blood glucose meter, Adjustable Accu-Chek Softclix Lancet Device (10

lancets), etc. Accu check active diabetes monitoring kits also has a similar composition.

The new Accu chek Compact plus diabetes monitoring kit requires no strip handling and auto calibration is done. There are

various combo offers available too, when brought in combination a discount can be availed.

One Touch Ultra 2 Blood Glucose Monitoring System:

It requires just a drop of blood and requires only about 5 seconds to get the result. The back light and the scroll button

makes it easier to handle. It can store last 500 records with time and date of checking. Hence, the patient can have a look

at the rate of improvement. It has got a simple and unique design and comes in various combo offers. The one touch ultra 2

strips are available separately.

One Touch Ultra Mini Blood Glucose Monitoring System is simple and sleek in design. Only one touch Ultra test strips can be

used with it and the result comes within 5 seconds. The whole kit comes with an educational booklet along with category of

food which, if taken keeps the blood sugar level low.

Home Diagnostics Sidekick Blood Glucose Testing System, is another one in the similar category. It requires 1 UL of blood

sample and less than 10 seconds to give the answer. The blood is generally taken from the forefinger.

However, while using these Diabetes testing kits, you must keep in mind certain simple things:

* Proper instruction should be followed while taking the test at home.

* Each strip should be used only once and after that it should be discarded at a safe place.

* When abnormally low or high results come, then you must repeat the test to confirm.

* Proper medication should be taken only after consultation with the doctor.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But what if we told you that you can improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses? No, we are not kidding you. Do read on to know how to improve eyesight without surgery.

Need For Eyesight Improve Naturally

Yes, LASIK eye surgery can be used to improve vision, but that too comes with its own downsides.
During laser eye surgery, small bits of corneal tissue are removed with the help of the laser, thus reshaping your cornea and enhancing vision. This is a very intricate procedure and requires expert precision. Thus,if the surgery is not performed by an expert surgeon (and many time seven if it is), the reshaping of the cornea may not be done correctly and the results may be less than optimum.

This may require you to undergo LASIK again after few years or even few months. Lasik also has quite a few side effects such as dry eyes, induced astigmatism, haze, and also the occurrence of halos or start bursts at night, which can be quite bothersome. Thus, natural vision correction methods, which are a far healthier option, should be considered.

About Natural Vision Improvement

Natural vision improvement is not a concept that is familiar to many. In fact, chances are you may never have heard of improving your eyesight naturally before today. But, it is indeed possible to improve eyesight naturally.

The main premise behind all natural methods of improving eyesight is that you can see only as well as you use your eyes. Thus, if you do not use your eyes properly, you will not be able to see properly and vice versa. Dr. William Bates first discovered this concept in the early part of the 20th century. He went on to devise some simple eye relaxation techniques that could be used to improve eyesight naturally. These techniques are known as the Bates Method for eyesight improve naturally.

The Bates Method For Natural Eyesight Improvement

Dr.Bates discovered that most eye problems were not due to any physical eye damage but mainly due to increased strain on the eye muscles.Seeing by fixing your eyes in one place instead of letting your eyes move from side to side, squinting to see, or straining your eyes for a clearer look are all poor vision habits that add immense strain to your eyes and consequently result in deterioration of your eyesight.

By relaxing the strain on your eyes, it is possible to restore perfect vision. The techniques that make up the Bates Method teach you just that ¨C how to relax your eyes. Thus, by practicing one or more of these techniques regularly, you can improve eyesight naturally to a considerable degree.

Here ¡s a look at the eye relaxation techniques that are included in the Bates Method and which help to enhance your vision:
* Palming:Cup your eyes with your palms so as to block out the light. Do not press on your eyes. Keep your eyes covered for about 10 minutes and try to imagine complete darkness and relax your eyes.
* Swinging:This involves swaying your body gently from side to side while standing up and focusing on a distant object. You have to let your eyes blink throughout the process. This helps to reduce the rigidity of your eyes and relaxes them too. About a 100 swings a day are adequate.
* Sunning:Raise your head to the sun with your eyes shut. Move your head in either direction so as to ¡®sun¡¯ your eyes completely. Breathe deeply and slowly. After sunning your eyes, relax them further by palming for a couple of minutes. Sunning should only be done in the morning or evening and not in the afternoon when the sun is at its harshest. This technique will help to reduce your sensitivity to light and also enhance the sharpness of your eyes.

By practicing the above techniques as laid out in the Bates Method, you can improve eyesight naturally.

Other options that will help you in eyesight improve naturally are:

* Vision therapy with eye exercises.
* Using eye exercise devices such as EyeRelax that help to improve your vision and treat eye problems such as myopia, presbyopia, amblyopia etc.

Thus, eye surgery is not the only solution to your vision problems. Natural methods of improving vision can be used to not only improve eyesight but also to keep your eyes from developing vision defects.

Nobody should lose their life or the life of a loved one to Asthma but sadly it happens. Each year, more than 4000 people do exactly that with the number rising each year. Here’s 15 things about Asthma you need to know.

Stay Away From The Smokers: Or at the very minimum, avoid rooms full of cigarette smoke. If someone in the home smokes, it’s best if they are going to continue smoking to at least take it outside as the smoke can make the condition worse, especially for kids.

Put Another Log on The Fire, NOT: Same as cigarette smoke, a wood burning fireplace puts particles into the air which may further antagonize your asthma and lead to an attack. At the very lease, make sure your fireplace or stove is in good repair, air tight and everything is clean so nothing bothersome to your Asthma backs up into the room.

No Big Snacks Before Bedtime: Going to bed before allowing an adequate time for digestion can lead to an unwelcome visit of an Asthma attack. Especially important if you are one of those unlucky souls that battle with acid reflux as this can allow the stomachs fluids to back up and into your air way. You may try elevating your bed slightly and chew an antacid before calling it a night to help reduce the troubles caused from acid reflux.

Enjoy The Winter Through Your Window: Bitter cold air is a punishment waiting to happen. As nice as it may be to go out and throw snowballs at your unsuspecting friends and neighbors, those bitter cold days are best enjoyed from the comfort of your own home.

Bring On The Snowball Ambush: Ok, so you’ve sat in the window drinking hot chocolate for hours and just can’t stand staying away from the raging snowball battle that is in full effect just outside of your perimeter and you feel it is your duty to come to the aid of your brave compadres. As you precisely gear up in battle attire that would pass any military inspection, don’t forget your most important weapon in the battle against Asthma, a scarf. Wrapping your nose and mouth keeps you from breathing the cold air directly and the air you are breathing has been warmed by your breath.

Sell Everything And Move: You’ve heard this before, move to a dry, warm climate like Arizona and live out the rest of your life taking in the painted pastel colors nature paints across the sky every evening for those Asthma sufferers that have been sentenced to live out their lives far, far away from everything they know and love. Now, unless you just want to get away from things, it is unnecessary to uproot and move across the country. While many years ago, the air was of a better quality than it is now and it your asthmatic condition may even be made worse there in some cases.

Correctly Adjust Your Cars A/C Settings: Placing the setting on recirculation rather than outside air can help keep the pollens and other asthma triggers out of your car where it belongs.

Shorten Your Grocery Shopping List: Certain foods are known to aggravate asthma symptoms, some of these foods are eggs, milk, seafood and nuts. If you feel these common foods may contribute to your asthma condition, try removing them from the menu and see if your condition improves.

Let Someone Else Do The Cooking: It’s not even necessary to eat these foods to bring on an asthma attack, just smelling the foods as they are cooking can be enough to trigger a reaction. You may be one of these people who enjoy cooking and can’t stand the thought of this. Several conditions have been mentioned before this point and more will be brought up later in this article. Not all of them may apply to your specific asthmatic condition. Pay attention to what you are doing and what is going on around you when an attack comes on. If you will take notes, a pattern may emerge and you will be more effective in controlling those contributing conditions.

Buy A Smaller Salt Shaker: If you’ve read through any other articles for other health problems people face, you may have started to notice by now that salt seems to keep popping up. While it certainly tastes great on a cold slice of watermelon among other things, salt could prove to be deadly to asthma sufferers. Studies have shown a significant relation between the amount of salt consumed and those that suffered fatal asthmatic incidents.

Avoid Certain Food Additives: Two additives in particular, metabisulfite and quite possibly MSG (Monosodium glutamate) can bring on an asthma attack. It’s common to find metabisulfite in shrimp, wine, beer and dried fruits. When dining out, you should ask your server whether MSG or metabisulfite as been added in food preparation, if it has, alert them to the fact that you are asthmatic and ask that it not be added to your meal.

Beware Of Aspirin: Asthma sufferers with polyps and sinusitis should avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen or aspirin, these can make your asthma much worse and possibly even cause death. This sensitivity to aspirin can just suddenly develop so it’s best to be on the safe and opt for an acetaminophen based product instead.

Be Sure To Correctly Use Your Inhaler: Make sure you fully understand how to use your inhaler to receive maximum benefit of the medication. You should be holding the inhaler about an inch from your mouth and while taking a deep breath spray the inhaler. Continue taking in your breath after receiving your dose and then keep the dose in your lungs for several seconds before exhaling. You should not see any mist from the inhaler in your exhale.

Have A Hot Cup Of Java: If you ever find yourself in the position of not having your inhaler with you at a time you feel an asthma attack is imminent you should try and locate yourself a cup of coffee as quickly as possible. Allergists suggest a couple cups of strong coffee may help prevent the attack. Alternatively, you could take caffeine pills if they are more readily available, most pharmacies stock these supplements. While caffeine should not be considered a reliable substitute for your inhaler, caffeine and the asthma medication, Theophylline are nearly identical. Other known sources of caffeine strong enough to allow time to get to your medication are chocolate bars and hot chocolate.

Get Your Daily Dose Of Vitamin B6: Studies have shown that taking approx 50mg of B6 daily can aid in the reduction of the severity in asthma attacks. Though 50mg of B6 is considered a safe dosage, it is always advised that you consult with your Dr before starting any supplement regimen.

As I’ve stated above, Asthma tends to leave a trail of crumbs which you should be able to follow to it’s source. Rare is the case where Asthma simply appears from nowhere for no apparent reason. Keeping a log of attacks and making a note of anything that may have contributed to the attack can help you work to prevent future occurances by eliminating the sources

Asthma and its causes

Many studies have confirmed that allergies cause the greatest majority of childhood asthma cases. Doctors refer to cases of asthma that are caused by allergies as atopic asthma. Atopic asthma is the most common form of asthma and tends to run in families. It is an inherited over reaction—hypersensitivity—to allergens in the environment and the related overproduction of IgE antibodies by the human immune system. Antibodies produced by the immune system combine with allergens. This action stimulates an asthma attack, in which the immune system releases substances that bring on the constriction and inflammation of the airways of the lungs.

More than 80% of asthmatic patients also suffer from allergies such as hay fever. The medical term for hay fever is allergic rhinitis. Allergic rhinitis is the most common cause of atopic asthma. Many types of allergens can trigger the immune system to produce the typical hay fever symptoms that mainly affect the nasal region, such as stuffiness and a runny nose. The term “hay fever” does not accurately describe this problem, because it is rarely caused by hay and does not produce a fever in affected patients. Allergies even aggravate asthma in patients whose asthma was not originally caused by allergic factors. Small amounts of inhaled or swallowed allergens do not directly harm the tissues of the airways and lungs. However, they unfortunately act as triggers that set off the chain of events in the immune system that produce the symptoms typical of asthma.

People with asthma have increased sensitivity to allergens in the air they breathe in. Allergies are the human immune system’s reaction to biological triggers—including indoor allergens such as dust mites, animal dander (pet hair or feathers), saliva, flakes of skin, secretions from pets and insects, mold, and substances found in food. Even “hairless” dogs can be a problem for asthmatic patients. Some foods, such as peanut, dairy products, and seafood, can cause attacks in some asthmatic children. Food additives, such as sulfites, and even natural foods like eggs, shellfish, and raw vegetables can act as triggers for asthma. Endotoxins, which are chemicals produced by molds growing on farm products, may contribute to asthma in agricultural areas. Synthetic (man-made) products like the latex material used in surgical gloves can also trigger asthma episodes.

In some of the more “developed” countries, an important contributing factor in the growing number of atopic asthma cases may be the reduced exposure to common childhood respiratory infections such as the flu and colds. Recent studies have shown that children who live in very clean, hygienic conditions and are relatively isolated from other young people are more likely to develop asthma later in life. This is commonly referred to as the “hygiene theory.” It seems that children with older siblings and who attend day care programs where they may contract such illnesses have a lower risk for developing asthma. A possible explanation for this seemingly strange connection is that a child’s immune system is fine tuned, or conditioned, by contact with these infectious organisms and other foreign agents at a very young age.

Non-Allergic Factors:

Non-allergic factors that can stimulate or aggravate asthma symptoms include tobacco smoke, chalk dust and talcum powder, cooking fumes, and fumes from chemicals such as household cleaners. Certain behaviors such as stress and emotional anxiety can also trigger asthmatic attacks. Young children can develop asthma or cause asthmatic episodes as a result of viral infections such as colds, flu, and pneumonia.

Exercise is a common trigger for asthma in about 80% of asthmatic individuals. In some asthmatic patients, exercise induces typical asthma symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath. Symptoms may appear during or after participation in physical activity. Pretreatment medications, such as short-acting bronchiodilators, quickly widen the air passages and thus help prevent the onset of asthma while a patient participates in physical activities. Some doctors advise their asthmatic patients to participate in sports like baseball or football that provide frequent breaks in activity rather than prolonged endurance sports such as swimming and long distance running.

Asthma does not have to be a barrier to participating in athletic activities. For example, 67 of the 596 members of the United States team at the 1984 Olympics tested positive for exercise-induced asthma, and that team won 41 Olympic medals. In addition, another survey revealed that 50% of the athletes participating in the 1996 Olympics displayed some form of asthmatic symptoms.

Changes in the weather, such as temperature and humidity variations can also negatively affect asthma patients. Winter is a tough time for people with asthma. They have difficulty in conditioning—warming up and humidifying—the air they breathe in. Some people with asthma wear a surgical mask that can trap warm, moist air that is exhaled with each breath. During cold weather, these individuals tend to spend more time indoors where they are more likely to catch contagious viral infections. Viral infections of the respiratory system are more likely to trigger severe asthmatic attacks during the winter months. In addition, unclean and poorly maintained forced air heating systems release many pollutants that further aggravate asthmatic symptoms.

Some remedies that could improve the quality of life for patients with asthma may also benefit the entire community in which they live. One study provides more evidence for a link between air pollution and asthma. During the 1996 Olympics, there were 42% fewer emergency hospital visits for treatment of severe asthma attacks in the Atlanta area. It is thought that this decline was linked to a sharp, but temporary, reduction in auto pollution caused by more people taking public transit instead of driving their cars during the two week event. So, cutting down on traffic congestion may help asthma patients breathe easier.

Every asthma patient is unique. Because there are so many environmental conditions that can affect people with the genetic predisposition for asthma, it is often difficult to pinpoint the primary cause of the disease in individual cases.

Treatment and Management:

Like all chronic diseases, asthma requires specialized medical care and attention. Doctors and other health professionals work in partnership with asthma patients to develop comprehensive, individualized management plans that help them cope with their asthma on a day to day basis. An effective management plan can reduce the incidence of serious asthma attacks and the need for emergency medical care. The key features of an asthma management plan include:

•learning about early warning signs and symptoms of asthma
•regular monitoring and recording of the appearance of asthma-related symptoms
•monitoring lung function
•learning how to use prescribed medications
•avoiding activities, such as prolonged exercise, that can trigger an asthma attack
•avoiding contact with possible environmental triggers, such as pets, allergens, tobacco smoke, etc.
•maintaining healthy lifestyle by controlling weight gain, salt intake, blood pressure, and blood cholesterol levels

Specific goals of asthma management programs include:

•controlling and minimizing chronic symptoms such as coughing and breathlessness early in the morning, at night, and after exercise
•achieving healthy pulmonary (lung) function as much as possible
•requiring the smallest possible dosage of medicine required to effectively control asthma symptoms, so that side effects from medications can be minimized.

Asthma in Homoeopathic Medicine:

Asthma is one of the distressing ailments which are not easy to cure. After using palliative medicine to over come an active attack, one should resort to constitutional in order to give permanent relief to the patient. The main medicines for constitutional treatment which should be given in addition to other indicate medicines are:

Tuberculium:

The above medicines are to be given intercurrence in potency not below 200 (1M or CM potencies preferable) no other medicine is to be given for two or three days before and after if any of the above medicine have the desired effect further drugging of the patient should be avoided.

A hint as to the diet is also necessary. The use of white lour and white sugar or its products, meat, fish, milk and puddings should be avoided. Whole wheat flour, Barbados sugar, honey, salads, and fresh vegetables should be eaten with eggs and chose.

1 Aconite, 2 ipecac, 3 k.c., 4 bell, 5 Aspidosparmia, 6 Grindeline, 7 carboneum sulf, 8 Blatta ori, 9 Ambrosia, 10 Aralia, 11 Kali, Bi, 12 k,p, 13 k,n, 14 k.s, 15 Lyco, 16 N.S, 17 Amonia carb, 18 Mephitis and 19 Ars. Alb.

With the newer, more effective medications now available, it is possible to provide patients with good short term and long term control of asthmatic symptoms. Asthma patients use both rescue medications and controllers, which provide long-term control of asthma symptoms. Most asthma patients take their asthma medicine with the aid of metered-dose inhalers. These hand-held devices deliver precise dosages of medication in the form of a pressurized spray that is inhaled orally by the user. Another device that delivers medication in spray-form are “nebulizers,” which are sometimes used by younger children and hospitalized patients who are unable to properly manipulate inhalers.

Rescue medications include bronchodilators, which provide short term, rapid relief from the symptoms of an asthma attack after it has started. These medications act by relaxing the circular muscles in the bronchial tubes that connect to the lungs. As the muscles relax, the air ways become wider, making breathing easier. Bronchodilators alleviate or reduce the feeling of tightness in lungs due to inflammation.

Controllers such as corticosteroids are anti-inflammatory medications that help prevent asthma attacks from happening. They help to prevent or reduce the onset of typical asthma symptoms that interfere with normal breathing, such as the build-up of mucus and the inflammation of the tissues that line the airways and lungs. Most anti-inflammatory drugs work by suppressing or interfering with the action of histamines after they have been released by cells of the immune system. Corticosteroids are often taken twice daily. They provide prolonged relief and help reduce long-term damage to the lungs

HOME REMEDIES FOR ASTHMA

Asthma
Asthma is an antique Greek statement meaning out of breath or shortdrawn breath. It is an allergic situation resulting from

the reaction of the body to one or additional allergens, and is the most upsetting of respiratory diseases. An asthma patient

THE BEST ACNE REMEDY

Why are we all still searching for the best acne cure when there are so many products for this condition lining the shelves

of every store? Why are we still searching when we have proactive and other popular products that claim to be the miracle

cure?

We are still searching because these products are only temporary solutions to our problem. They are dealing with an issue

that is caused from within our bodies, yet their solution only deals with the outside skin. Most of these products contain

chemicals that are rather rough on the skin and often lead to dry skin while the acne continues to break out.

The best acne cure must deal directly with the internal issues that cause the acne to begin with. That is the only way to

really prevent breakouts in the future, or at least lessen them. Some of the bodily functions that lead to acne are an

increase in male hormones, stress, improper nutrition, and inflammation caused by bacteria.

You have glands underneath your skin which provide a steady supply of oil to your skin, called sebum. Add that to the fact

your skin naturally drops old cells to make room for the new, and you have the winning combination for things to go wrong.

When there is too much sebum or the cells are not shed properly, the pores become clogged and you have acne in the making.

Hormones can stimulate these glands to overproduce sebum and taking in too much oil and grease through your diet can cause

some of it to be pushed to your pores. Eating sugary and processed foods creates a quick rise in blood sugar levels which has

also been proven to affect these glands.

Bacteria is also natural to your cells, but when pore become clogged and it starts to spread your body responds to control

the bacteria, which leads to inflammation. You will notice inflammation on the outside when your acne becomes slightly

swollen, red, or becomes painful and sensitive to touch.

Obviously, none of this can be controlled by a bottle of toner or night cream no your face, so what is the best acne cure

that does take all of this into account?

The answer is something that keeps the entire body healthy and functioning properly, the skin included: diet and exercise.

Exercise can control your hormonal fluctuations and eating the healthiest possible foods will allow your body to function at

its best, which includes the kidneys and other organs. Some organs such as the kidneys have a direct effect on the oil

produced from your glands, so while you care for the rest of your body you will find that your skin clears up as well.

Foods to look out for are those that include a lot of grease and oil, sugar, and processed foods which hit your blood stream

much like sugar. Use common sense. If it is bad for your heart, it is likely just as bad for your skin.

412922

All of the best ways to cure acne tackle the root problem from the inside of the body, as well as caring for the outside surface of the skin. Most over the counter and prescription medications only tackle the outer surface of the skin by trying to keep the pores open and unclogged. This is not always effective because the real problem is what is going on inside the body.

Most people are away of hormonal acne, which is why teenagers are believed to be the most affected by this problem. The truth is most adults face some form of acne as well, especially women. Since women have monthly hormone fluctuations it is common for their faces to break out during their menstrual cycle or just before it arrives.

Even high levels of stress can cause hormonal fluctuations and result in acne.

Other acne problems are caused by poor dietary intake or inadequate personal hygiene. A lot of grease in the body can be pushed out through the pores if the body cannot process it all efficiently. Greasy and dirty pores are a main cause of some acne problems and these are the most easily cured.

Some acne problems can result from allergic reactions to certain foods, make up, or spices.

The healthiest ways to cure acne caused by any of these factors will include daily hygiene practices to care for the surface skin, and lifestyle choices that can affect what is happening inside the body.

For acne with a hormonal cause, the best ways to cure acne include switching birth control pills for women, reducing stress in your daily, life or eating a properly balanced diet to help with hormones. Some women find their monthly acne as well as mood swings are drastically cut down or completely eliminated just laying off the sugary and greasy foods on a daily basis. It turns out what you feed your body makes a difference not only to your chances of heart disease, cancer, or obesity, but to your acne as well.

If you experience acne all of a sudden you may question whether you went on a new diet or started eating a new food, or wearing a new make up brand, before it occurred. If so, eliminate that product or food and see if it was not an allergic reaction.

The absolute best way to cure acne for most people will be to change a few things in their daily lives. Taking in better foods and drinking as much water as possible are good starts, but it is also necessary to keep the skin very clean at all times and not wear oil based make up products which clog the pores.

Any products applied to sensitive skin areas such as the face, chest, and back should be water based and lightly applied. Drinks high in caffeine should be limited, and replaced with water if you want the best results.

It is extremely important to wash your face with a mild soap or a facial cleanser at least twice a day. Keep the pores open and clean is the best way to cure acne on the surface level.
